Requirements for technical positions:
- Strong working knowledge of PHP, PERL & mod_PERL.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL.
- Strong working knowledge of SMTP mail servers (EXIM, postfix).
- Hands on knowledge of Apache.
- Hands on knowledge Red Hat Linux ES/AS.
- Knowledge of database design theory.
- Knowledge of Web Server and Database clustering.
- Knowledge of load balancing technologies.
- Experience administering large-scale email systems preferred.
- Hands on experience managing NFS based systems.
- Detailed knowledge of high traffic, fault tolerant, 24x7 web based systems.
Requirements for business positions:
- 3+ years experience working with consumer web services.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent listening skills. You can't be a great communicator without first being a great listener.
- Ability to get to the right people, structure and negotiate deals that scale.
